Ontario Museum Association Award
This award will be presented annually to a graduating student who has accomplished the following:
Criteria
- Either shown significant academic improvement, or maintained an above average academic level throughout the program
- Demonstrated a commitment to the Museum field through his/her academic work and extra curricular activities
- Shown independent learning skills
- Demonstrated the capacity to work well as a group member in team situations

Applied Museum Studies Conservation Award for Distinguished Achievement
The Applied Museum Studies (AMS) Faculty has announced the availability of a conservation award for a student enrolled in the AMS program.
The AMS Conservation Award for Distinguished Achievement in conservation recognizes the accomplishments and contributions of an AMS student who, through substantial efforts, has advanced the field of conservation and furthered the cause of conservation through public outreach and advocacy. The award consists of a commemorative plaque and $200.00.
Criteria
- Must be an active member of the Canadian Association for the Conservation of Cultural Property
- Must be enrolled in the AMS program
- Must have made valuable contributions to the field through treatment projects, innovative techniques and inventions, research, creation of conservation-related programs and/or publications
- Must have actively furthered the cause of conservation through public outreach and advocacy
- Must have a GPA of 3.8 - 4.0
