Articulation is the process of transferring credit courses from the college level to university status. This process is fairly new to Canada and the number of universities accepting college level course for university credit is growing.
In order to qualify for university status, students must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher. However, the industry recognizes the value of the combined education, during which a student gains practical knowledge and specific skills in college and the theoretical knowledge at the university level. This combination of two years at college and two years at university may be referred to as 2 + 2.
Take the advantage of the two year degree offer from universities. In the end your education will be less expensive, more valuable and will likely provide you with a faster track to senior management.
