Our Tourism and Travel students operate a simulated travel agency as part of their training. It is located at the entrance to H block. The centre has a six kitchens designed to facilitate the Baking, Cook Training, Culinary Management and Hotel and Restaurant Management programs.  

The Bar lab features 30 fully equipped bars where both Bartending and Hotel and Restaurant Management Students learn their repertoire of cocktails. Students also learn how to stock their bar, prepare garnishes, and mixes .  

The wine-tasting lab features 30 wine stations, where students learn the art of wine tasting and oenology. The lab is also the site of trade tastings where wine representatives present new products. It is one of the labs where the Sommelier Program students learn their trade.  

There are two computer labs at the Centre, one dedicated to Travel Counsellor training and the other designed with hospitality-specific software. Travel students have direct access to Apollo for reservation and ticketing experience, while Hotel and Restaurant students use Hotel Information Systems for hotel reservations training. Culinary Management students use a range of menu costing and analysis software.
