Algonquin College Animal Health Care Facility Receives Donation from Merial Canada Inc.

August 22, 2006 - Michael Leblanc, Technical Sales Representative for Merial Canada Inc., presented the Algonquin College Foundation with funds for a new walk-on veterinary scale for the Algonquin College Animal Health Care Facility due to open in December 2006.  Merial Canada Inc. has also donated two fridges as well as vaccine for this unique learning facility.  The funds for the walk-on scale were presented to Sara Nixon Campaign Co-Chair, Algonquin College Animal Health Care Facility Committee and Board Member, Algonquin College Foundation, and Jo-Ann Aubut, JoAnn Aubut, Chair, Health Development, Faculty of Health, Public Safety and Community Studies at Algonquin College.
