Hailing from the Great White North and with over 12 years experience in the IT industry, Dan brings a wide variety of real world experience. Application, web and database development, planning network security and general systems administration are just some of tasks he has been involved in over the years. Having delivered formal training in large corporations such as Digital Equipment Corp. and Compaq, Dan has developed a flexible teaching style that adjusts to fit the students’ needs.

Her many contacts in the Business community made throughout her career as a Financial Advisor will bring the entrepreneurial experience to life in the classroom, helping students learn from the opportunities and successes of small business owners.

Don has been the Sr. Online Editor of Ottawasun.com for the past two years.

He has 20 years of newspaper experience as a writer and editor and also served as the director of the former city site FYIOttawa.com. He is married with three children and heavily involved in sports coaching and officiating in the Ottawa region.
