Nadine McInnis, is the author of one book of literary criticism, Poetics of Desire, one book of short fiction, Quicksilver, and five books of poetry, Shaking the Dreamland Tree, The Litmus Body, Hand to Hand, First Fire / Ce feu qui devore, and Two Hemispheres. She’s published widely in magazines in Canada and is a past winner of a CBC literary award and the Ottawa Book Award. She joined the faculty of Algonquin College in 2006, after working as a policy analyst in the federal government where she focused on the publishing industries in Canada.
Writer, actor and teacher, Lynn Mason Tarzwell has over 30 years experience in education and media. She teaches for two successful programs, Professional Writing and Scriptwriting, at Algonquin. Lynn has written scripts for animated series, television documentaries, multimedia kits, CD-ROMs, videos, speeches and published magazine articles.

Nathan Greenfield is a noted military historian and the author of the books The Battle of the St. Lawrence and Baptism of Fire: The Second Battle of Ypres and the Forging of Canada, April , 1915, as well as co-author of the textbook Canadian Business Writing: A Structual Approach. He has published hundreds of book reviews and articles for many publications, including The Globe and Mail, The Ottawa Citizen and The Times Literary Supplement. He also has more than twenty years of experience as a professor of English at Algonquin College.
