How to Order a Transcript

Transcript Requests are accepted and processed in-person, by mail, fax or on-line; student’s signature is required. This service is provided free of charge.

Online - ACSIS:

  • If you know your Algonquin College student number, you may request official transcript to be sent directly to third parties via ACSIS

Online - ontariocolleges.ca:

  • If you have applied to an Ontario College through ontariocolleges.ca you may request to have your transcript sent to the colleges of your choice via ontariocolleges.ca

Online - OUAC:

Transcript Request Form

All pertinent information should be provided - full name (previous name as well, if applicable), full address, date of birth, program name, and years of attendance.  This will assist us if in-depth research is required. 

Please ensure that you have included your signature on these requests.

If your transcript is being sent to a third party such as another educational institution, please include complete address, your reference number and the contact person.
