Deborah Rowan-Legg joined Algonquin College in June 1989 and has been Registrar since February 1994.   Prior to coming to the College, Deborah worked at the University of Western Ontario and at the University of Toronto.  Deborah has complemented her degree in Economics and her administrative experience at the three post-secondary institutions with studies in Management Accounting.  Deborah has served as Chair of CRALO (the Committee of Registrars,  Admissions and Liaison Officers of Ontario).  In that role, she initiated liaison between the College Registrars and University Registrars of Ontario.  Most recently, Deborah has represented the Ontario College Registrars on the provincial Funding Steering Committee and Enrolment Planning Working Group, convened by the Ministry and ACAATO.
