Settlement To Employment Program

The Settlement to Employment Program (STEP) offers internationally trained individuals the support, training, and experience needed to find meaningful employment in the Canadian workforce.

STEP is a partnership between Algonquin College and the Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization (OCISO), the National Capital Region’s YMCA-YWCA, the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration and Citizen and Immigration Canada.
