Mentoring |
|
Mentors are volunteer professionals who share their experience with internationally trained individuals. Mentors help participants manage cross cultural-transition; they can also help participants to enhance their employability by helping them secure and build professional and business contacts and networks. Prior to being paired with a mentor, participants will take part in a mentorship orientation.
