Have a passing grade (50%) in University entrance level -  English OAC or English 4U and Alg/Geom OAC, or Math 4A and Finite Math OAC,
OR
Geometry and Discrete Math MGA4U or Advanced Functions and Intro Calculus MCB4U.  Have successfully completed an economics course - Algonquin's ECO 2305 (Introduction to Microeconomics) is acceptable and possibly other economics as well
University of Guelph Bachelor of Commerce, Major Hotel & Food Administration 1 year, 6.0 credits are awarded toward 20.0 credit honours degree.  5.0 credits represent one year.  Require a 3.3 (B+) average from the Hotel and Restaurant Management Diploma and 4U Math and English, or equivalent, are required
