Algonquin College's 36-week program focuses on workers' goals through a customized study plan. Under the instruction of experienced, qualified teachers', workers gain the academic skills needed for further training while adjusting to student life.

Program Highlights
Math, Science, Communications, Success Strategies and Computer Skills courses
Low student-teacher ration
Ongoing consultation and reporting between worker, caseworker and coordinator
Internet/email access in new computer lab
Flexible start dates
Entry Process
Refer workers with good reading skills.
Request a pre-entry conference between worker, caseworker, and program coordinator to determine academic requirements and a study plan based on the worker's present skill level and future vocational goal.
