David Hale

Dave Hale is the Founder & CEO of Soshal Group, an Ottawa-based agency, founded in 2010 and focuses on social intelligence, strategy and media. He works with a variety of local, national, and global clients to implement their “Soshal by Nature” concepts and deliver practical business results through social activities. His company has also launched a small business program to assist other entrepreneurs with channel optimization and program development.

Jason Flick
Co-founder and President of YOUi Labs and Flick Software
A serial entrepreneur who started his first successful company in 1990 selling computer systems through the Internet, Jason Flick is a highly accomplished software architect, with nearly two decades of experience in virtually every aspect of starting, running and growing software companies. Incurably bitten by the start-up bug, Jason has held key positions in a number of local high tech start-ups.

Dr. Mark Hoddenbagh

Dr. Hoddenbagh is the Director of Algonquin College's office of Applied Research and Innovation. Mark holds a PhD in chemistry from Queen's University, and has over twenty years of post-university experience in industry, management, and business development.
