If I am not selected to exhibit, will I be notified?
Yes, you will be notified should you not be successful to display this year.  While we do strive to include all applicants, we are limited due to space constraints. You will be notified on Monday, March 28th.

What does my booth include?
Your booth is basically floor space to allow for your display.  You need to specify the size of table you require.  The table will have a white tablecloth.  You will be provided with 2 chairs.  There will be panels of drape (curtain) as a backwall, which is where we will hang your poster.  If you request access to power, we will do our best to have a power bar to allow you to plug in your equipment.  You may wish to bring your own backup powerbar and extension cord. You need to specify what equipment you are bringing that will require electrical source so that we can ensure adequate power for everyone.  If you bring in something that you did not identify on your submission, we cannot let you plug it into an outlet.  

I am student or employee of Algonquin and would like access to the internet for my booth, how would I enable this?
Please visit the site http://www.algonquincollege.com/its/support/wireless/index.htm for instructions from Algonquin's ITS on how to enable Internet access using WiFi. If you'd like ITS to enable WiFi for you, you can visit them with your laptop or other WiFi device on the Woodroffe Campus in room C316.

Why is the set-up so late?
Our Exhibit component has grown and while we are fortunate to have bigger space, we do have to accommodate the regular scheduled programs in the gym. 

Will I be able to eat during the Exhibit schedule on April 15, 2011?

The Exhibit hours are open to the public from 10:30 – 2:30 so you will need to be at your booth.  It would be a good idea to rotate with your project partners so that you may take short breaks and purchase something to eat.

When do I need to dismantle my booth?
We must start dismantling the displays at 3pm and cannot leave anything behind.
