Booth Set Up
There are 2 options for you to start setting up your demonstrations and displays:
a) After 8pm in the Gym - Thursday, April 12th, 2012.
b) Between 6:30am – 8:00 am - Friday, April 13th, 2012.
NOTES:
1) All booths requiring extensive setup, must be setup by midnight- Thursday, April 12th.
2) Please confirm when you will be setting up your booth by e-mailing Feiran (Tina), Zhou and informing us of the time you will set up and the names of who will be manning your booth, as we would like to have your badges ready for the Event.
3) On April 13th, please see the booth coordinators when you arrive in the morning. So they can direct you to your booth, provide material to hang your poster and assist with your setup if needed.
4) Don't forget to bring,
- Photo ID to gain access to your booth.
- All demonstration equipment.
- Poster
- List of names of people who will be manning the booth
- Any brochure material
5) If you have a demonstration or are using power please test everything before leaving your booth.
We will have security in place from 10pm on April 12th until doors open on April 13th.
6) You must take down your booth between 3:30pm and 5:30pm on Friday, April 13th
