To: All Students participating in Applied Research Day’s April 13th,2012 Booth exhibits


We are very excited about this year's 10th Annual Applied Research Day being held on Friday, April 13th,2012. Algonquin College's media relations team will be advertising the event with a series of interviews and advertisements on TV, Radio, web sites and newspapers. We expect to have many employers, researchers and community business leaders attend the event.

 

There are three student competitions:

  • General Project Showcase Category Competition
      • 1st place certificate
      • 2nd place certificate
      • 3rd place certificate
  • OCE Connections/OPA Category Competition
      • 1st place Connections ($100/team member)
      • 1st place OPA ($100/team member)
      • 2nd place Over-all ($75/team member)
      • 3rd place Over-all ($50/team member)
  • Algonquin Innovation Category Competition
      • 1st place ($100/team member)
      • 2nd place ($75/team member)
      • 3rd place ($50/team member)
Projects that involve faculty are not eligible for these competitions but are welcome to register and display!
