William C.V. Johnson

William C.V. Johnson is a partner in the law firm of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in its Ottawa office. Mr. Johnson has extensive experience in representing individuals and corporations in a wide variety of business transactions and is also a Chartered Accountant. He has presented papers and lectured extensively in the areas of corporate and commercial law, tax law, succession planning, law firm accounting and arbitration.  He has taught the subjects of professional responsibility and ethics as a Sessional Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa for many years.

Mr. Johnson was appointed to the Board in September 2005 and has served as Chair of the Audit Committee since his appointment.
