6. How do I stay in shape?

• Algonquin College has a fitness centre (Fitness Zone) offering free weights, cardio equipment, etc... It's inexpensive to join and for a small additional fee you can access the Olympic size pools at 9 Ottawa community centres.
• Join a sports team: Algonquin has 4 varsity teams: soccer, volleyball, basketball and curling, and offers many intramural sports in which you can participate. 8. How do I get to Algonquin College - Woodroffe Campus?

With a major transit station directly across the street, travel to and from the college is easy. A Rides Board, located across the hall from the Students' Association for carpooling.

Campus Residence is on campus. The Residence is an air-conditioned building which features 1050 beds! There are common lounges/games room available to all Residents, complete with video games, pool table and large screen T.V as well as study lounges for individual or group study sessions.
