This course is part of the following part-time on campus and/or online program(s):

Students learn the basics of 3ds Max and how to use it for creating designs in a real-time 3D visualization environment. Learn how to model using primitives, and manipulate forms, surface textures and materials in a real-time environment. Learn about rendering and generating animated walk-throughs of designs for presentation purposes. Lighting and cameras are studied in the environments that are created. The creation of models based on either images or hand sketches is also covered.

Notes

As a part of the tuition fee, students are given access to the relevant AutoDesk software required for each course.

This program requires students to bring their own mobile computing device (laptop).
