A Mahogany Campaign Chest on Stand

Campaign furniture is designed to break down or fold for ease of travel. In this project course, each student will build a solid mahogany chest with two detachable units in the campaign-style. This classic project provides an opportunity to practice advanced joinery, learn new woods (mahogany) and the installation of hardware, while building on the use of hand and power tools. All material costs are included in the course fee and students will complete their own chest, ready for finishing.
