Advanced Piping/Tubing, Meters and Regulators (2A)

Knowledge and safe, practical use of piping/tubing, meters and regulators are essential requirements for all gas technicians within industry. Building on previous study, students further develop skills and knowledge in the design and installation of piping and tubing systems, as well as introducing meters and regulators and their application, installation and maintenance in a piping system. The building as a system is studied to lay the foundation of how building and gas fired appliances interact and affect each other's operation.

Notes

There are no Saturday classes for this program. All courses take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and run continuously from September 2019 to July 2020 (two week break at Christmas).
