This course is part of the following part-time on campus and/or online program(s):

Students extend knowledge of American Sign Language to communicate with members of the Deaf Community. The focus is on using WHEN clauses, phrasing for sequencing events and descriptive classifiers for shapes, patterns and textures and non-manual markers to exchange personal information, discuss life events and describe and identify things. Learning activities include games and exercises with the instructor and other students and completion of home study activities.

Notes

Must have successfully completed Sign Language IV.
