Let our chef instructors teach you the art of cake decorating and experience the excitement of successfully decorating your first cake like a professional. Learn how to bake a cake and make and color various types of icing. Discover tricks on how to stop crumbling and create a cake foundation to apply different decorating techniques. Become skilled at making icing drop flowers, rosettes and roses, shells, pompom flowers, leaves, shaggy mums, ribbon roses, as well as work with chocolate fondant. NOTE: It is recommended that you take Basic Cake Decorating Phase 1 prior to taking further courses in this series.
