Return to our pastry lab for more of the art of flowers and cake design. Build on skills learned in the Basic Cake Decorating Phase 1. Craft icing flowers such as pansies, lilies and roses and how to arrange them in a beautifully balanced cake top bouquet. Learn how to create border treatments or basket weave designs, shells and masking techniques, as well as fondant. As an added bonus, learn the art of plating your creations.
