This course is set in our new, state-of-the-art facility and is designed to educate the average vehicle owner in the construction and operation of the modern automobile and light truck. Learn about routine, cost-saving, preventive maintenance, and repair requirements that help save you more costly repairs. Learn to change a tire, start a stubborn engine and when to replace batteries, brakes and tires and improve your self confidence when dealing with your garage mechanic. Other topics include the lubrication system, the exhaust system, how to change the oil and oil filter, check and adjust the clutch, understanding braking systems, checking the suspension system, replacing shock absorbers, rust proofing, and replacing bulbs and headlights.
