Community Development and Advocacy

Students develop a clear understanding of the role of marketing and outreach in non-profits. Through assigned readings, discussions and group assignments, students identify communication opportunities and generate recommendations; determine appropriate positioning; design media strategies and implement advocacy initiatives.
