Clinical experience provides the opportunity for continued integration and consolidation of theory to practice. Nurses gain the ability to work with the interprofessional health team. At completion of clinical, nurses demonstrate cognitive knowledge, skill and clinical judgement at the level of a novice critical care nurse.
