Drawing as Thinking
This course is part of the following part-time on campus and/or online program(s):
Drawing - the practice of visually recording perceptions and thought processes is fundamental to many disciplines. Students explore drawing as a way to solve problems and think independently. The act of drawing is one of choosing what to pay attention to out of the confusion of sensory experience and of exploring different ways of seeing. Projects are designed to help students discriminate between first impressions and underlying patterns, between form and detail and to explore conceptual categories. Intended for artists, designers and those who want to practise thinking outside the box.
