Implementing new educational and adaptive technologies, involving its introduction to a group of end-users and its integration within existing teaching and learning processes, can be both exciting and challenging at the same time. Learners create an implementation plan which includes a communication strategy, timelines and action items informed by case studies of successful and unsuccessful educational technology implementations. Learners become managers of change Following a team approach, they anticipate implementation problems and recommend solutions.
