Enhancing Success for Re-entry Into The Practical Nursing Program

This course, offered at a remedial level, deals with practical skills and professionalism applied to the Practical Nursing Program. Through experiential learning opportunities, students demonstrate practical skills necessary to successfully transition into the next level of the program. Integration of nursing theory concepts, principles of caring and professionalism, time management, study skills and test taking, stress management techniques and math skills are used to enhance overall professional nursing knowledge and performance.
