Field Placement I
This course is part of the following part-time on campus and/or online program(s):
Field placement provides a practical opportunity for students to demonstrate some of the vocational program standards. Students develop technical skills through the application of the knowledge gained in the prerequisite courses. Students also have the opportunity to observe the ethical application of behavioural principles/techniques. Students are also required to complete a placement in an ABA/IBI program for children with ASD. Students are also required to complete these hours on a full-time schedule during agency business hours. Students must have Non-Violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention training.
