Field Placement II
Students take on the role of a performance coach working with clients in a practice setting. Practice settings may include the corporate sector, community/educational agencies, military/emergency services, recreation, athletic or leisure settings. Students coach clients in order to help them improve their performance, analyze performance problems and propose coaching solutions. They critically reflect on the coaching process and assess ethical and moral issues surrounding their experience in the field.
