Fraud Investigations

Course: INV3010

Recognition and prevention of fraudulent activity are crucial elements of fraud investigation. Students examine all aspects of fraudulent offences, with a focus on how to recognize the indicators, how to eliminate and how to prevent further fraudulent activity. Through case studies and research, students develop an understanding of how and why fraud is committed and the emotional impact it may have on the victim.
