Fundraising and Donor Management

Course: MGT1209

Non-profits rely on donations and grants to operate so managing the relationships between key funding agencies and donors is critical to survival. Students explore donor needs and motivations, how to sustain long-term partnerships and exploit donor management IT systems. Through assigned readings, research and case studies, students identify, analyze and rate potential prospects to prepare a solicitation approach.
