Course: PSY1778

Communication is a key component to developing and maintaining strong and professional relationships. Students enhance their understanding of self and others, and build on the interpersonal skills needed to be a competent and cooperative communicator. Through demonstrations and role plays, students practise essential skills in listening, non-verbal communication, interpersonal dynamics and conflict resolution. Effective use of these skills can improve the quality of relationships in a variety of settings, such as the family, the workplace, friendship, love and marriage.
