Kitchen Steward Job Readiness Level 2

Course: FOD0129

Students who were successful in FOD0029 Level 1 Kitchen Steward program are eligible to enroll in the FOD0129 Level 2 Applied program. This purpose of this program is to build on the skills learned in Level 1 by applying them in a practical food preparation setting. This intensive 360-hour course teaches a variety of concepts used in food preparation. Topics covered include basic to advanced cooking methods and preparation, basic mathematical applications, basic baking, and customer service.
