A leader's ability to form and sustain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders may mean the difference between success and failure for the organization. Focus is placed on an exploration of the complexities of relationships both within and beyond organizational contexts. This includes leading and managing relationships with governing bodies, employees, customers and cultivating diversity and gender equity within high-performance teams.
