Legal Issues

Course: LAW1201

Non-profit organizations are held to higher standards than for-profit ventures so understanding legal responsibilities and frameworks can help manage risk. Students are provided with an overview of legal principles and their application. Through assigned readings and discussions, students learn to recognize legal and ethical issues impacting non-profits.
