This course introduces students to the practical components of mixing drinks and cocktails. Key topics include bar set-up, use and handling of equipment and different methods of mixing. Students are provided the opportunity to attain some degree of efficiency in the production of cocktails by spending most of their course time in the Centre's Mixology lab.
HOS5015 Mixology is equivalent to HOS2229 Beverage Service Theory.
