Mobile analytics is used to gain insights into consumer behaviours with data collected from mobile web traffic. By analyzing mobile data, students gain rich insights into marketing effectiveness and assess potential business opportunities in the mobile space. Students explore measurement, collection, analysis and reporting of mobile data to understand and optimize mobile marketing channels. Utilizing and interpreting advanced tracking systems for mobile usage and mobile marketing metrics, students create, convert and enhance customer relationships.
