Nursing practice is informed by a variety of evidence. Learners are introduced to differing aspects of knowledge, skill and judgement necessary to support evidence-informed practice. Emphasis is placed on valuing nursing research and evidence-informed practice. Focus is on exploring aspects, such as finding differing types of evidence and critical evaluation including ethics and rigour.
