Personal Training

Course: FIT2237

Many people seek the assistance of a personal trainer to improve their fitness levels or to help them create a healthier lifestyle. Students further develop knowledge and skills in exercise program design for health-related fitness. Students participate in a variety of exercise labs to develop a repertoire of exercise alternatives. Students apply these skills while working as a personal trainer with clients.
