Project Risk Management

Course: MGT6024

In project planning and throughout the project, risk must be identified, mitigated wherever possible and its impact on project outcomes managed. Participants learn a range of risk management strategies and activities based on industry best practices, tools and techniques. Participants also examine how to identify and analyze risk register and risk response plans, as well as close risks. A mix of discussion, exercises and case study work demonstrate to participants that a disciplined approach to project risk management helps project managers achieve more consistent and predictable outcomes on their projects.
