This course is specifically designed for individuals with minimum or no experience in sewing. Upon completion of the course, you will be able operate a domestic sewing machine, construct a variety of seam types, know how to read and use commercial patterns, as well as construct a basic garment.


Students will be expected to purchase materials for this course, depending on what they already have on hand. The supply list will also be discussed in greater detail during the first class.
