Solidworks is a powerful 3D computer assisted design tool that helps you develop ideas into great products. Using the Solidworks software, students learn the fundamental skills and concepts of three-dimensional solid modeling. As students work through the design and fabrication process, they produce 2D drawings with the relevant manufacturing instructions for parts and assembly. In the final project, students execute a design that includes output on a 3D printer.
