The volume of research on the role of nutrition in health and wellness, as well as performance, continues to grow. Students learn the importance of nutrition for optimal health, an active lifestyle and peak performance. Current nutritional trends relevant to the fitness industry are introduced. Students undertake a major group presentation on a nutrition-related issue.
