Strategic Planning and Leadership
Course: MGT1204
Students learn how to develop an effective and sustainable strategic plan for a dynamic organization capable of responding to changing needs and challenges. Through discussions, case studies and group assignments, students prepare and present annual goals and strategic and risk management plans for internal and external stakeholders.
