Training and Development

Organizations must remain competitive and agile and to do so requires high performance employees. Organizations, mainly through human resources professionals, achieve this goal through training and development. Students develop full knowledge of the training cycle, beginning with needs analysis through to training evaluation. Students also explore employee development strategies and knowledge of the costs and benefits associated with training and development initiatives.
