Training for Sports
This course is part of the following part-time on campus and/or online program(s):
Developing athlete training and conditioning protocols is fundamental to the success of an athlete. Students review and study programs from around the world from an elite group of international strength and conditioning specialists and sport coaches. Through case study analyses, discussion boards and video breakdown of different sport movements, students examine and apply the most current sport science in athletic performance.
