Venting Practices for Appliances (2D)

Course: HRA0025

Venting practices for all gas-fired equipment is crucial for the safe removal of flue products (products of combustion). Students learn about heat transfer, combustion efficiency and the role proper venting and air supply requirements play in the safe and efficient operation of gas-fired appliances. Students identify, develop, design and size venting systems utilizing various venting materials and components in accordance with venting requirements and applicable codes.

Spring 2018: There are two Saturday classes on May 26th and June 9th from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
